"My passion for cooking began over 20 years ago when I joined my mother in a culinary venture and we created a successful International cafe in Miami, Florida. Being the first generation of Cuban Americans, I was exposed to Cuba’s diverse culture and its colorful cuisine. I am inspired by the recipes passed down from my grandmothers to newer recipes that my mother adapted when they migrated to the United States.
The Café is more than a business to us--it is a tribute to our family members that cherished their Cuban culture and taught us what family & love is all about.
